Seller agreement
Starting template — not yet reviewed by the marketplace.
This page was made from a template of the marketplace software. It is a starting point only: [legal_name] should have it checked by its own legal adviser before relying on it.
Parties
This agreement is between [legal_name] (the marketplace) and the seller who accepts it in the seller hub.
The seller's undertakings
- The descriptions, images and prices of my listings are accurate and not misleading.
- I sell only goods I may lawfully sell, with the licences my categories need, and no counterfeit or unsafe goods.
- I honour the return, refund, exchange, warranty and delivery terms I publish, and the marketplace's buyer protection.
- I do not raise the price of an item that is in a paid order.
- I keep my business, tax and bank details up to date.
Invoices and fees
The marketplace issues tax invoices to buyers on my behalf with my GSTIN, deducts its commission and fees as shown on the fee card, collects tax at source and deducts tax as the law requires, and pays the balance to my verified bank account.
Changes
A new version of this agreement is shown in the seller hub and must be accepted before I continue selling.
