How ranking works
What decides the order in which products and sellers are shown on this marketplace.
The main parameters
- Relevance to the search — 50%: how well the title, attributes and category match what you searched for.
- Recent sales — 15%: how often the product was bought recently.
- Product and seller ratings — 15%: ratings and reviews from buyers who ordered.
- Dispatch speed — 10%: how quickly the seller ships.
- Seller service score — 10%: the seller's record of on-time dispatch, few cancellations and few returns for defects.
When several sellers offer the same product, the same parameters decide which offer is shown first; you can see all offers on the product page.
Differentiated treatment
- No seller can pay for a better place: there are no sponsored listings.
- The marketplace does not sell products itself.
- No badges are shown.
Which seller is shown first
When several sellers offer the same product, the first offer is chosen by these weights:
- price including shipping: 50 %
- dispatch speed (measured): 20 %
- the seller's score: 20 %
- stock: 5 %
- shipped by the marketplace: 5 %
Equal scores go to the lower price, then to the older offer. Every buyer can see every offer.
